
Dealership Office Clerk
Madera, CA
Application Questions must be completed in order to be considered for this position.
Assists the Business Manager by organizing dealership records in an efficient manner, keeps files current. Posts data into dealership computer system. Performs clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in an Automotive Dealership.
- Experience in Accounts Payables and Accounts Receivables
- Knowledge of all automotive daily office duties
- Computer proficient in Reynolds &/or Ignite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to speak Spanish is not a requirement but considered a highly valued skill.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in high stressful situations with tight deadlines.
- Must have excellent organization, office administration skills and follow through.
Wage will depend on experience.
